I offer one to one Counselling, Psychotherapy or Coaching sessions in Twickenham, Middlesex area for a variety of reasons such as relationships, bereavement and loss, stress, sexual and emotional abuse, trauma, work-life balance, anxiety and depression.

Counselling and Psychotherapy are offered on a weekly face to face basis. Coaching is normally less frequent depending on your needs.
