Welcome to the 'Counselling 4 My 'Self'' website.  My name is Lynn Barnes and I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am also a trained coach and coaching supervisor.

You are probably looking at this website to gain some information about whether counselling is for you and who I am.

I offer one to one Counselling, Psychotherapy or Coaching sessions in Twickenham, Middlesex area for a variety of reasons such as relationships, bereavement and loss, stress, sexual and emotional abuse, trauma, work-life balance, anxiety and depression.

Counselling and Psychotherapy are offered on a weekly face to face basis. Coaching is normally less frequent depending on your needs. If you wish to discuss coaching session please contact me to discuss your requirements.
